The National Peasant Museum is part of the European Network of Museums for Vernacular Arts and Traditions. The beautiful neo-romanian building houses a rich collection of rural artefacts that revive traditional art, culture and way of living in the villages of Romania.
The Museum is very active in the cultural life of Bucharest by hosting periodic events such as: movie screenings, concerts and seasonal fairs.
